Bluyo Kids Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Bluyo Kids mobil uygulamasının (Google Play paket adı: tr.com.oyunai.bluyokids) hangi bilgileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Bluyo Kids, 3-8 yaş arası çocuklar için el hareketleriyle oynanan eğitici oyunlardan oluşur.

2. Toplamadığımız veriler

Bluyo Kids hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamaz, sunucuya göndermez veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Uygulamada hesap oluşturma, reklam, analitik veya izleme aracı yoktur.

3. Kamera

Oyunlar, telefonun kamerasıyla çocuğun el hareketlerini algılar. Kamera görüntüsü yalnızca cihazın içinde, gerçek zamanlı olarak Google'ın açık kaynak MediaPipe kütüphanesiyle işlenir. Görüntü hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez, saklanmaz, sunucuya veya Google dahil hiçbir üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez. Kamera izni yalnızca oyun oynarken kullanılır ve cihaz ayarlarından her zaman geri alınabilir.

4. Cihazda saklanan bilgiler

Uygulamanın çalışması için aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; uygulama dışına çıkmaz:

Ses, titreşim, bildirim ve dil tercihleri
İsteğe bağlı olarak girilen takma ad (uygulama içinde ve hatırlatmalarda kişiselleştirme için)
Oyun rekorları, günlük seri ve haftalık gelişim raporu verileri
Günlük süre sınırı ayarı ve o gün oynanan süre
İlk açılıştaki onay durumu ve kaba yaş aralığı (doğum yılının kendisi saklanmaz)

Uygulamayı silmek bu bilgilerin tamamını siler.

5. Satın almalar

Premium satın alımları ve abonelikler tamamen Google Play (Android) veya App Store (iOS) üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerinizi uygulama veya geliştirici hiçbir şekilde görmez ve saklamaz. Satın alma ekranları ve uygulama dışına yönlendiren bağlantılar (ör. mağazada puanlama) bir ebeveyn doğrulamasının arkasındadır.

6. Bildirimler

Bildirimler cihazda zamanlanan yerel hatırlatmalardır; herhangi bir sunucu kullanılmaz. Ayarlardan kapatılabilir.

7. Web sitesindeki indirme linki

Web sitemizdeki oyunai.com.tr/indir linki, ziyaretçiyi cihazına uygun mağazaya (App Store veya Google Play) yönlendirir. Bu link yalnızca cihaz türüne göre toplam tıklama sayısını tutar (ör. "bugün iPhone'dan 12 tık"). IP adresi, çerez, cihaz kimliği veya başka bir kişisel veri saklanmaz. Bu sayım uygulamanın dışında, web sitesinde yapılır; uygulamanın kendisi veri toplamaz.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

Bluyo Kids çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır ve çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz. Google Play Aile Politikası, COPPA ve GDPR'ın çocuklara ilişkin hükümleri gözetilerek geliştirilmiştir.

9. Haklarınız

KVKK Madde 11 ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınızla ilgili her türlü soru ve talebiniz için barisaran.dev@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için geliştiricinin elinde size ait bir kayıt bulunmamaktadır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika güncellendiğinde yeni sürüm bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayınlanır.

Bluyo Kids Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Bluyo Kids mobile app (Google Play package name: tr.com.oyunai.bluyokids) handles and how. Bluyo Kids is a collection of learning games for children aged 3-8, played with hand gestures.

1. Developer and contact

For the purposes of the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Barış Aran.

2. Data we do not collect

Bluyo Kids does not collect any personal data, send it to a server, or share it with third parties. The app has no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools.

3. Camera

The games use the phone's camera to detect the child's hand movements. Camera images are processed only on the device, in real time, using Google's open-source MediaPipe library. Images are never recorded, stored, or sent to any server or third party, including Google. Camera permission is used only while playing and can be revoked at any time in the device settings.

4. Information stored on the device

To make the app work, the following information is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

Sound, vibration, notification and language preferences
An optional nickname (used to personalize the app and reminders)
High scores, daily streak and weekly progress report data
The daily time-limit setting and the time played that day
First-launch consent status and a coarse age band (the birth year itself is not stored)

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this information.

5. Purchases

Premium purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The app and the developer never see or store your payment information. Purchase screens and links that leave the app (for example, rating the app in the store) sit behind a parental gate.

6. Notifications

Notifications are local reminders scheduled on the device; no server is used. They can be turned off in Settings.

7. Download link on our website

The oyunai.com.tr/indir link on our website sends visitors to the right store for their device (App Store or Google Play). It only keeps total click counts by device type (e.g. "12 clicks from iPhone today"). No IP address, cookie, device identifier or any other personal data is stored. This counting happens on the website, outside the app; the app itself collects no data.

8. Children's privacy

Bluyo Kids is designed for children and does not collect personal data from children. It was built with the Google Play Families Policy, COPPA and the GDPR's provisions on children in mind.

9. Your rights

For any question or request regarding your rights under the GDPR or KVKK, contact barisaran.dev@gmail.com. Because the app collects no personal data, the developer holds no records about you.

10. Changes

When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
